As the story has progressed the problems for Robinson Crusoe have gotten a lot worse. After making it to land after the last storm he was in he decided to go on another journey by sea to Guinea to head a trading port. On his journey there they got caught in another storm and men were thrown overboard. Then after the storm was over they were sailing and the saw a ship behind them. So they kept on sailing. After a day the ship that was behind them had caught up to them and attacked them. As they shot back and fourth at each other the ship unloaded two fleets of sixty men onto his ship to fight them. After holding off those men for awhile he had lost a lot of men so they surrendered and were all taken captive. The plot of the story is very hard to follow because the words that the author uses are very different than the words that we use today. I think that this book is for an older teen. I think this book is good for people between the ages of eighteen and twenty. One new character is introduced. His name is xury. He was loyal to Robinson and did all that he asked. Then Robinson sold him. Not a lot has really changed in the book so far but it is working up to something big. You can tell this because Robinson is getting a lot of his money and selling a lot of stuff to get more money.
